First CH cheese cake

Last sunday finally i made my first cheese cake which i had dragged it for long time. First of all, i asked pei yoong which my primariy sifu about the ingredients of making a cheese cake in MSN. After gather all the information, then i went down to Heroes (supermarket) to buy the ingredients. The ingredients was as follows:

INGREDIENTS
1. Cream Cheese x2
2. Sour Cream x1
3. Milky biscuit (cheese cake base) 1 pack
4. Milk 1 small pack
5. Unsalted butter x1
6. Lemon x1
7. Getalin (sponsor by pei yoong)
8. 糖(sponsor by pei yoong)

After buying all the items, i direct go to tower 7 35A to make my cheese cake. Chea be my secondary sifu which teached me on making the base of the cheese cake, using the fruit punch machine to make the milky biscuit became powder. Due to the spoilt of the machine, i just able to made a thin base for my cheese cake. Afterward, i went to cook the unsalted butter became liquid, then apply the butter liquid into the biscuit powder and put it into the fridge. Then its pei yoong turn to teach me make the cheese cake. i took 1 and half of cream cheese and put it in the rice cooker, put 5 tea spoon of 糖, then 搅拌 unti it became smoothness. After that put the sour cream,lemon juice, milk and 搅拌. When it becames smoothness, then i went to cook the getalin with the water. According to pei yoong said, this is used to make the cheese became 固体. Apply the getalin liquid into the cheese. Finally put the cheese on the milky biscuit base. And dont forget to put into fridge. My First CH made cheese cake done.

Chea as the first person(white mouse) to taste my cheese cake, he left comment said that's not sweet enough since the cheese cake taste a bit sour. Jay was the people who eat two piece. HAHA, but he regret to take too much and got nightmare at night. SHIT. Anyway, thanks for chea and pei yoong for the cheese cake learning course. There will be another more nicer cheese cake from me. :)
