美女厨房,吃了才讲!!! 13 of january, today my colleagues and me had planned to organize a wonderful dinner. This dinner mainly cooked by my leng lui colleague, BIH LIN.if you see her look then u wont feel she know how to cook. but after this dinner, i had changed my mindset ...BIH LIN "DIM"!!!This morning 3 collegues and me had woke up so early and went to the pasar(pasar grogok) at jakarta. First time went to the pasar at jakarta, the stallshere almost same with the environment at malaysia. but 1 thing you had to learn before you went to the pasar here, talking price in indonesia language... because we had 1 girl went there with me, then we was able to buy more cheaper vegetable... thanks to her "aunty style" pasar price talking skill. Without wasting any time, we had bought all the vegetable and meat within 45 minutes..After that then 3pm start to cook the soup 1st. my colleague(Bih Lin) responsible to cook the soup, haha, actually the soup just throw all the thing inside then okie already. then i'm the one to "watch fire". other dishes will remain until 5.30 pm we just start to cook. we had separate 2 kitchen to let us cook, the only gal will preparing her 2 other dishes (onion&ginger chicken and fried vegetable) at her house, then the other 2 disheshad been assigned to my colleague(Alan) and me which are tomato eggs and black label prawn. Because separate 2 places to cook the dinner, so fast we had finished cooked all the dishes before 7 pm. Due to add more 2 peoples to join our dinner, the rice we cooked seemlike not enough for 10 peoples, so had to asked crystal and lek to cook their own rice came to join us...really feel so sorry for any inconvenience brought to them. We all was enjoy with dinner since the dishes was delicious. At last thanks to all the peoples who joining the dinner, thanks to alan for his special "Farewell Alan Eggs", thanks to bih lin for her delicious ginger&onion chicken, lotus root soup and fried vegetable, and don't forgot the last people who had clean up all the thing - kevin. I hope there was another DINNER will be coming soon!!!
